الخلاصة
ترك كل من القاعدة وتنظيم الدول الاسلامية في العراق (داعش) تاثيرا كبيرا على العلاقات الدولية لدول الشرق الاوسط. وقد شكل هذا التاثير تعديا كبيرا على الخريطة السياسية ونظام الامني الاقليمي الذي ظهر بعد الحرب العالمية الاولى. علما ان التنظيمين الارهابين المذكورين يكونن من حركة الجيهادية سلفية العالمية التي تسعى لاجاد نظام أمني اقليمي جديد مستوحات من عقيدتهم الاسلامية الراديكالية التي تريد تجاوز ما اسمته حدود الدول قومية التي رسمتها معاهدة سايكس-بيكو 1916. رغم بعض التشابه في المنطلقات الايدلوجية وأساليب التحرك السياسي والعسكري هناك خلافات ملحوظة في الرؤى واسلوب العمل بين التنظيمين الارهابيين والتي لم تناولها بعد الباحثين بقدر الكافي. وتركز هذه الدراسة على الاختلاف الموجود في أدبيات التنظيمين المذكورين ونشاطاتهم السياسية والعسكرية لتغير النظام الامني الاقليمي.
